All prices are in pounds sterling, retail prices include VAT.

Payment
Payment is taken securely through Sage Pay using a credit or debit card.
We welcome payment by the following cards - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro or Electron. We regret that we cannot accept American Express cards.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, the majority of items are hand-made from natural materials, and may vary slightly from details specified. All measurements given are approximate.
Delivery Charges
UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Hightlands and Islands):
Orders of £50 or more, are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
For orders of less than £50 carriage is charged at £4.95 per order. Orders are sent through Royal Mail.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
For 24 hour delivery, on any order, an additional charge of £4.95 is payable.

Refunds and/or Cancelling Orders
You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you also have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 7 days of receipt for any reason (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Providing returned goods reach us in good condition, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However, the cost of returning such goods is payable by you. Please ensure any such returns are correctly labelled and packed sufficiently.
Please unsure you have proof of purchase, as we cannot be responsible for anything that goes missing in transit.
Any faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving goods and we will arrange refund of your postage costs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
